"Language, young Todd," he says, "binds us like prisoners on a chain. Haven't you learned anything from your church, boy?" And then he says his most familiar preaching. "If one of us falls, we all fall."
~pg. 7 "The Knife of Never Letting Go"
by Patrick Ness
This book is told in a unique way. The narrator speaks strangely...There are run on sentences and spelling mistakes everywhere. It bugs me because I'm one who notices those all the time. But I have to admit that it's interesting.
